May Dahlia Workshop

 

Join us on May 2 for a hands-on workshop where you will learn everything you need to know to grow your very own dahlias! We will go through the whole process from planting tubers in the ground, to caring, and harvesting them. You will also learn how to dig the tubers up at the end of the season and how to split them if you would like to multiply your supply and save tubers for the following year.

 

Participants will receive a basket full of everything they need to get started: a few dahlia tubers, our favorite snips, garden gloves, and a booklet with all the information that will be shared at the workshop. There will also be a tour of our flower farm so you can see how we grow dahlia on our farm as well as snacks and drinks to keep you fueled for the morning!
